Bercomex, a specialist in automation solutions for the cut flower industry, is strengthening its market position through the acquisition of Terra International, part of Koninklijke Paardekooper Group. Terra, a manufacturer of high-quality sleeving machines, will remain based in Noordwijk as a dedicated production location. The acquisition has now been finalized.
With this acquisition, Bercomex becomes the 100% owner of Terra International. Terra’s activities and product portfolio will be fully integrated into the Bercomex offering, providing a valuable addition to its existing solutions for flower processing.
Bercomex is part of the Invaro Agri & Horti Technology Group and delivers innovative technologies worldwide for sorting, processing, and packaging flowers. Over the years, Terra International has built a strong reputation for its robust and user-friendly sleeving machines, which are used by flower- and pot plant growers and processors around the globe.
