Following the bankruptcy of the Koninklijke Paardekooper Group, we would like to clarify the position of Terra International.
Terra International was, for a period of time, part of the Koninklijke Paardekooper Group. Since May 2025, however, we have been fully acquired by Bercomex, part of the Invaro Agri & Horti Technology Group. Since then, we have operated entirely independently from Paardekooper.
In practice, this means:
- Terra remains based in Noordwijk and operates under the umbrella of Bercomex and Invaro.
- Our production, delivery, service, and development continue unchanged.
- Customers and partners can rely on full continuity, quality, and innovation.
The situation at Paardekooper has no impact whatsoever on Terra International’s activities. Together with Bercomex and Invaro, we continue to invest in innovation and in long-term relationships with our customers and partners in the flower and plant processing industry. We wish everyone at Paardekooper all the best during these developments.
