Since it concerns a natural person, data about deceased individuals or organizations are not considered personal data.

Purposes
The personal data processed by Terra International B.V. are used for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you in relation to a service we provide
  • Processing (online) payments

Retention period
The personal data requested for the actions described under ‘Purposes’ will be retained as long as the relationship between the data subject and Terra International B.V. exists in the form of a service provider. If no relationship exists seven years after the last contact, the data will be deleted and/or destroyed and will no longer be processed for other purposes.

Security
Terra International B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.

Access, correction, and/or deletion
The data subject (the person to whom the personal data relate) has the right to access or delete the requested data. The data subject also has the right to rectification in case of incorrect publication (other than provided by the data subject) of the data (when permission has been given).

Even if the personal data have been obtained with consent, there is a right to withdraw that consent.

For requests to access or delete your data, you can contact Terra International B.V. via info@terra-international.nl. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Complaints
The data subject has the right to file a complaint about the processing or handling of your personal data. This can be done at the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Before doing so, always contact Terra International B.V., the organization processing your data.
